This policy explains what information the 787 Solutions website collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and nothing we sell or share for marketing.
Who we are
787 Solutions is a technology company serving small businesses in Puerto Rico. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean 787 Solutions. “The site” means 787solutions.com in English and Spanish.
What this site does not collect
The site is a set of informational pages. It has:
- No forms. There is nothing to fill out or submit.
- No accounts or logins.
- No cookies. The site does not set cookies at launch.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use tools that follow you across pages or across other websites.
If you want to talk to us, you call or email. We never ask for personal information through the site itself.
Information our hosting provider records
Like almost every website, the site runs on servers operated by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, the provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information about that request, such as:
- your IP address
- your browser and device type (the “user agent”)
- the page requested, and the date and time
These records are used only to keep the site running, secure and protected from abuse, and to fix technical problems. We do not use them to identify you, build a profile of you or market to you. The hosting provider keeps them for a limited time under its own retention practices.
Your language choice
When you switch between English and Spanish, the site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage. This is a small setting saved on your own device. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
When you call or email us
If you call (787) 431-0472 or email hello@787solutions.com, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name and what you need help with. We use it only to answer you, follow up on your request and, if we work together, provide our services. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We may share information only when it is needed to provide a service you asked for (for example, with a software provider set up for your business, under your direction), or when the law requires it.
How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including access controls and secure, reputable email and phone services. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information and keep it only as long as we need it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you from your calls or emails, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The site is meant for business owners and their staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control. Please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. In particular, if we decide to add analytics or any other tracking tool to the site, we will update this policy before that tool goes live, and explain what it collects and why.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
