We work inside your business in Puerto Rico, not from a ticket queue.
Most technology problems in a small business aren't found on a help desk screen. They're found at the front desk, in the shared inbox and in the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch. So that's where we start: in your office, with your team, before we recommend anything.
Four steps, from the first visit to the long run
- 01
We come to you.
We spend time in your business and watch how work actually gets done: how a client is booked, how an invoice goes out, where information gets typed twice. We talk to you and to the people who do the work every day, because they know where the time goes.
- How long
- Usually 1–2 visits over 1–2 weeks, a few hours each.
- What you get
- A shared picture of how your business runs today, written down in plain language, with the slow spots marked.
- 02
We find what's holding you back.
We sort what we saw into opportunities: what to automate, what to fix, what to protect and what to leave alone. Each one gets an honest estimate of the time or risk it removes and what it costs to do.
- How long
- Usually 1–2 weeks after the last visit.
- What you get
- A written, prioritized plan you can act on with us or without us, plus a clear quote for the first project. You decide what happens next.
- 03
We build and implement.
We set up the solution inside your real workflow, using the tools you already have wherever we can. We test it with your team, adjust what doesn't fit and train everyone who will use it.
- How long
- Most first projects run in 2–6 weeks, depending on size.
- What you get
- A working solution your team knows how to use, short written instructions, and one agreed way to measure whether it's doing its job.
- 04
We stay with you.
We monitor the systems, answer when something breaks and check in on whether the solution is still saving the time it should. As your business changes, we adjust it, and we bring you the next opportunity when it's worth doing.
- How long
- Ongoing, month to month, with regular check-ins every quarter.
- What you get
- One person to call who already knows your business, fewer surprises, and technology that keeps up as you grow.
Typical IT vendor vs. 787 Solutions
Engineers call our approach forward-deployed engineering. In plain words: the engineer works where the problem is, inside your business, instead of waiting for tickets from far away. Here is what that changes.
| Typical IT vendor | 787 Solutions |
|---|---|
| Starts with a product and looks for a place to install it. | Starts with your problem and only then picks the technology. |
| Works from a remote ticket queue. You explain the problem to someone new each time. | Works on-site and stays close to your team, so problems get explained once. |
| One-time install, then you're on your own. | Ongoing improvement after launch, measured against what you agreed to. |
| A salesperson closes the deal, then hands you to an account manager and a support desk. | You work with the founder from the first call to the follow-up. |
| Recommends more products, because that's how it gets paid. | Tells you when something isn't worth doing, even if it means less work for us. |
What the first call covers
It's a 20-minute call, free and with no sales pitch. You'll leave with at least one idea you can use, whether or not we work together.
- What your business does, how many people work there and which tools you use today.
- Where the hours go: the tasks your team repeats every week, and the ones nobody has time for.
- What worries you: data safety, a system that keeps failing, a vendor who stopped answering.
- At least one practical idea you can act on, even if you never call us again.
- What happens next, if it makes sense: a visit to your business to start step one. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
Questions about how we work
Do you really come to my office?
Yes. The first step happens in person, because that's where we learn how your business really runs. We work with businesses across Puerto Rico. After that, a lot of day-to-day support can happen remotely, and we come back on-site when the work calls for it.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You get a written quote before any project starts, and ongoing support runs month to month. The plan from step two is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us to carry it out.
What if you find that we don't need anything new?
Then we'll tell you. Sometimes the best fix is changing how a tool you already pay for is set up. We'd rather earn your trust than sell you something you don't need.
Who will I actually be working with?
With Anthony Soto, the founder. The person who visits your business is the same person who builds the solution and answers when you call.
How is this different from calling a help desk?
A help desk fixes the ticket in front of it. We look at why the ticket keeps coming back, and at the work around it that technology could take off your team's plate.
