These terms cover your use of the 787 Solutions website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. They are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, call or email us.
Who we are
787 Solutions is a technology company serving small businesses in Puerto Rico. “We,” “us” and “our” mean 787 Solutions. “The site” means 787solutions.com in English and Spanish.
What the site is for
The site gives general information about 787 Solutions and the services we offer: AI automation, managed IT, cybersecurity and technology consulting. It is not a store, and you cannot buy or sign up for anything through it. To talk about your business, you call or email us.
No professional advice until we agree to work together
The information on the site is general. It is not advice for your specific business, and it does not create a client relationship. Every business is different, and what makes sense for one may not make sense for yours.
We only provide professional services under a written engagement agreement signed by both sides. That agreement, not this site, sets out what we will do, the price and each side’s responsibilities. Conversations before an agreement is signed, including the free first call, are informal and do not create obligations for either side.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Where the site mentions rules such as HIPAA, it does so in general terms. Please check your obligations with a qualified professional.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code, or that the information on it is complete or current. Descriptions of typical timelines and results are examples, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 787 Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content. This includes indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our content
The text, design, logo, graphics and photos on the site belong to 787 Solutions or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, such as sending a link to a colleague. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify the site’s content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, or interferes with how it works. That includes attempting to break into it, overload it or copy it with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or a software provider’s page. We include those links for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction in Puerto Rico.
