Managed IT services and IT support in Puerto Rico
Your outsourced IT department, for a business of 1 to 50 people. One number to call, computers and networks that stay up, and a monthly cost you can plan around.
IT that someone is actually responsible for
In most small businesses, IT is whoever in the office knows computers best. That person already has a full-time job. So updates get skipped, backups are a guess, and when the internet goes down, someone spends the morning on hold with the provider.
Managed IT means a team outside your business takes responsibility for all of it. We look after your computers, network, email and software every month, not only when something breaks. You get one number to call, and the person who answers already knows how your office is set up.
How it works
We start with a visit. We list every device, account and system you use, check what’s backed up and what isn’t, and note what’s out of date. You get that list in plain language, with what we’d fix first.
Then we take over the routine work. We install the tools that let us monitor and update your equipment remotely, move your backups to a schedule we can test, and clean up email and file access. After that, most problems are caught by monitoring before your team notices them. When something does go wrong, you call, and we fix it remotely or come to you.
Every business we support is different. A medical office needs patient data handled to HIPAA rules. A law firm needs tight control over who opens which files. A logistics company needs Wi-Fi and scanners that work across the whole warehouse, every shift. We set up your IT around the way your business actually works.
A foundation for what comes next
Reliable IT is also what makes automation possible. Once your systems are organized and stable, it becomes simple to connect them and let software handle repetitive work like reminders, data entry and follow-ups. If that interests you, see what we can automate with AI.
What's included
Help desk
Call or email when something breaks or doesn't make sense. You reach the person who knows your setup, in English or Spanish, not a ticket queue.
Computers and devices
Updates, antivirus and health checks on every laptop, desktop and phone your team uses, done in the background so nobody loses a morning to them.
Network and internet
Your router, Wi-Fi, firewall and printers set up properly and watched, so you know about a problem before your team starts complaining.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Email accounts, shared files and calendars set up and managed. New hires get access on day one, and people who leave lose it the same day.
Backups
Your files and email backed up automatically, with restores tested on a schedule so we know they actually work when you need them.
Vendor management
We deal with your internet provider, software companies and equipment suppliers for you. You stop being the one on hold.
On-site visits in Puerto Rico
Most issues are solved remotely in minutes. When something needs hands on it, we come to your office.
What changes for you
One number to call
No more guessing whether it's the internet company, the software vendor or the computer. You call us, and we sort it out.
Fewer outages
Updates, monitoring and backups happen before something fails, so your team spends its day working instead of waiting.
A predictable monthly cost
A flat monthly fee based on your team and devices, agreed in writing. No surprise invoices every time something breaks.
Industries we help with this
Medical offices
Fewer phone calls about appointments, less paperwork, and patient data protected to HIPAA standards.
Logistics
Shipment visibility, less retyping between systems, and customers who stop calling to ask where their order is.
Legal
Intake, routine drafting and deadline tracking handled, so more of your hours are billable and confidential stays confidential.
Questions about managed IT
How much do managed IT services cost?
It depends on how many people and devices you have and what you already have in place, so we don't publish a price list. The first call is free. After we look at your setup, you get a written quote with a fixed monthly fee before any work starts.
We've been burned by an IT company that disappeared. Why would this be different?
You work directly with the founder, Anthony Soto, not a rotating help desk. You get one phone number, written notes on what we've set up, and the passwords and documentation stay yours. If you ever leave, everything is handed over cleanly.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
We agree on the terms with you before we start, and they are in writing. Our goal is to keep you because the service works, not because a contract says you can't leave.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. We work with businesses across the island. Day-to-day support is remote because it's faster, and we visit in person for installations, network work and anything that needs hands on it.
Let's talk about your business.
